LISTEN NOW:

Lori is a fierce leader. Here are her top tips for cultivating the leader within yourself:

Be curious about the world around you and how you can affect change through leadership.

Start small. Find something that you enjoy and step up to lead it. A meditation class? A group dinner? A nature hike? Commit to something and see it through.

Ask yourself what connections you created through your leadership. Did it make you feel higher purpose? Did it spark your drive?

Accept that this is a journey and it won’t always be perfect! Right here is the best place to start.
