E16: You Are F***ing Made For This with Brooklyn Vienneau

Posted by Jaclyn Shaw on

This week we are absolutely blessed to be joined by empowerment coach Brooklyn Vienneau. Get ready, because Brooklyn bravely gets vulnerable with us as she speaks publicly about her current smackdown for the very first time.

Listen in as she tells the story of how she found herself broke and far from home, stuck in a relationship that she realized only at the end was built on a bed of lies, manipulation and control. Hold space for her as she processes her raw emotions and join her on her journey as she details how she is integrating the lessons that she received into her life.

In this episode we break down the difference between taking ownership of your role in a situation and taking things personally. We then explore why anger is an important emotion and learn how to access it in a healthy way. Finally, we challenge you to trust yourself enough to listen to your intuition and follow its call.

LISTEN NOW:

Brooklyn’s advice for connecting with your intuition:

  • Slow down. Be okay with not making a decision if you’re not entirely ready.
  • Talk! Express your true thoughts and emotions to someone you feel safe with in order to get it out of your body.
  • Get comfortable asking for support. You deserve it and it is there for you. Take time to breathe in the affirmation: I am always being held.

Need some inspiration to get started? Brooklyn recommends the song to Everything I Need by Trevor Hall
